傳送功能與控制功能相結(jié)合,阻礙了傳統(tǒng)光網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能化的實現(xiàn)。通過引入獨立的控制平面,使智能光網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實現(xiàn)成為可能。為此,介紹了自動交換光網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念;闡述了引入控制平面的優(yōu)勢及控制平面的基本構(gòu)成。最后從網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口、功能模塊及信令協(xié)議的角度,討論了自動交換光網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Automatically Switched Optical Network,簡稱ASON)控制平面的核心技術(shù)。
